A healing combination of honey and essential oils for the care of irritated skin and wounds in animals. The ointment protects and softens dry and irritated skin, as well as promotes wound healing.

Vetramil is an ointment containing special honey and essential oils. The ointment protects and softens dry and inflamed skin. The honey contained in the product has high enzymatic activity and a low pH level. When applied in a moist environment, the enzyme glucose oxidase contained in honey ensures a small but prolonged release of low-concentration hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide cleanses the skin and stimulates its regeneration. The low pH level creates an environment favorable for healing and restores the natural pH level of the skin. The antioxidants in honey soften the skin, the essential oils enhance the effectiveness of the honey, as well as repel insects and protect the wound from licking.

Usage

Can be used for both farm animals and pets.

Composition

Vaseline, honey, tetravalent alcohol, sodium lauryl sulfate, paraffin, isopropyl myristate, basil (Ocimum Basilicum), lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia), patchouli (Pogostemon Cablin), myrtle (Melaleuca Quinquenervia), and thyme (Thymus vulgaris) essential oils.
